I know, I know! Or at least I used to know, I'll just have to dust off that knowledge from the back of my mind and get Photoshop back, then I can maybe help you. :P
This may get you started... First, go to Journal>Edit Journal Style. Choose S2 and save changes. Next, go to the Look and Feel tab. You should flip through the samples to see what you like. In Custom Options, you can change things like color scheme and how information is presented. Since this is an open-source project a lot of the tools are clunky. All this should get you started for now.
I think you can pretty much do whatever you want with S1 if you’re good with HTML or CSS.
