Oh yeah. They're definitely cowboy-ish as well but I guess they're the original motorcycle boot??? What do I know? I'm totally un-hip. Which is why I come to my gals here for advice. :)

Cute and will make you look taller. Tuck your jeans into them and throw one of those longer knit cardigans with a tie belt on top.

I'm always hesitant to tuck my jeans in boots because I think my legs are too short. But I will try it because I know you know your stuff when it comes to fashion ;). I like the idea of pairing with a long tie belt cardi.

Any chance you can come to NYC and re-vamp my wardrobe? Please take me shopping....

You can wear them under your jeans and they'll look cute, too--but try the tuck and see what you think. I always think it makes girls look taller and "longer." Ohhh, coming to NYC would be too dangerous for my credit card! :D

Hi there - I used to lurk in your WC journal and am so glad I found your LJ! Did you take your trip to Prague and Budapest yet? I am going in Oct and would love to hear any tips you have.

I am a prep from CT as well (although in NYC now), and I love the boots!

YEA! You found me!!! I'm glad I forgot to mark at least a couple of entries as "friends only" so I knew you when you moved to LJ. (I've "friended" you now - OF COURSE.)
