Drug in particular drives me crazy. It's 'dragged'.

Nod nod! *shuffles over to make room in the soapbox* I can't think of why drug could ever come about! Could it be because of hang-hung? But then you have hanged as well. English is so confuzzling...

The only time "could of, should of, would of" is correct is if it's part of the person's speech pattern e.i. Huck Finn's first person narative.

Ah! Good point, didn't think about that. I do tend to excuse any "incorrect" grammar in speech, boiling it down to characteristics and eccentricities :)

"Could care less" is perfectly valid, with the understanding that "but [I] do not" is left unsaid; the WWW article linked supports this as well.

I should've elaborated! I totally accept it that "could care less" is accepted and widely used, but I just don't agree with it. It'll never sound right in my head.

"of" instead of "have" drives me absolutely crazy! >.<. FB, in particular, is FULL of it! *gnashes teeth*

I can think of another - everyone-they - i.e. everyone had their own book.... *patpat* but that doesnt bother me as much because I used to do it wrong too till you set me right ^_^
