Those kind of automated services are worse when after 30 minutes of hanging on to the phone, listening to nauseating music, you eventually get through to someone, only to not be able to understand a single word they say… *shoots the phone*

I feel your pain. The worst is British Gas. I swear that there are no real ppl that work there.

OMG! the same thing just happened to me too!!!
was rather annoyed and such! grrrrr!
it really is such a waste of time and resources!

and to top it off, the student services at LCF has now run out of the said form.

ARRRGGGGHHH!
and now im just sitting in a corner and rocking.
oh and ive lost my normal oyster card too. with around 10 credit in.
along with my much loved gloomy bear case.

You have a way with words.

You coming to Minami? It sounds like its going to be good this year, they seem to be going a lot more 'Japanese' with the events and so forth.

I got the same trying to get through to the student loans company, 20 minutes on hold, they didnt even have any crappy muzak in the background just an annoying autowoman saying "you are in a queue, please hold", then a conversation of 1 minutes with a real person. Infuriating.
