If I stop and think about my life--- this new life-- on my own-----in a new place--- with my best friend---far from family--- and cats---waking up early---bus--subway---work---subway--bus---home---dinner----bed.....

It's all a bit overwhelming. It doesn't feel like my life. And yet at the same time it's the life I've been manifesting in my mind for

Im not sure if this is strange reading someone journal who I dont know, I didnt even know these things existed!!

I was searching for illustrators and I found myself here , I have just been having a little read and I see you are just getting your first book published - wow thats amazing!! - I am in the same boat - Im almost finished my first book that was commissioned recently (my work is no where as good as yours by the way). Its so exciting, I cant wait to see it on the shelves!! Its interesting reading about the life of a fellow illustrator, I see you have just got your first job - I hope its going well. I graduated in 2004, worked for a few companies and then decided to go freelance full-time, now considering teaching part-time to get me out of the house a bit more!!
