I added you because I found your LJ to be an amazing resource at this time. I'm overwhelmed by information, and I'm really picky about which commentators get my attention, but what you write is worth reading. Thank you.

The timing of this terrible crisis, 17 Tammuz and the Three Weeks, gets to me, deeply, and seems to emphasize the importance of turnaround, repair, and victory - as a people and as a person.

That made me feel really good.

You're right. This is a huge opportunity for turnaround. And every person has his own things that he needs to fix in regards to his life and his behaviors. I think this whole war on terror (war against the west, etc.) is a time for deep deep introspection for Muslims. I just hope they have the power to express what they find, rather than be held down by dictators and religious fanatics.

I try to fill my blog with useful, meaningful writing rather than "today I went to the gym and saw this girl that always ignores me...blah blah."
