I work as a Customer Service Rep and I deal with conflict sometimes. I'm always sincere and helpful.
I've been told my whole life I'm way too polite.

AMA if someone is sincere and gets things accomplished with kindness. Is there such a thing as being "Too nice?"

I love what I do for a living.
