“14D... What did you get, Dai-chan?” asked Takaki.

“I got 15B. I’m with Yama-chan,” he replied.

“Oh, I see,” said Takaki flatly.

Daiki took a sip from his latte as he leaned his back on the chair he was sitting on. Takaki on the other was still staring at his seat’s number, wishing that it would change somehow. One corner of the waiting room of the airport was filled with ten teenagers. Some of them were busy talking to each other, while the rest was busy doing something else.

“Who will you sit next to, Takaki-kun?”

“Hikaru and Inoo,”

“Awesome seating friends who have there,” commented Daiki.

Both went silent again. They then looked at each other the moment they realized something. Daiki’s lips curved upwards, with eyes piercing naughtily at Takaki. The older man smirked at him in reply.

“Are you thinking what I’m thinking, Dai-chan?” asked Takaki. Daiki nodded. Takaki and Daiki then secretly exchanged their flight seat numbers. Both kept smiling as they looked at their new number.

“So, are you planning on telling him that you like him?” whispered Daiki.

“I don’t know,”

“Oh come on, Takaki-kun. It will take us almost 10 hours to reach Taipe! You have more than enough to tell him,” said Daiki.

“Stop telling me what to do, Dai-chan. Look at who’s talking. You should tell him you like him as well,” complained Takaki.

“It’s not exactly him, you idiot,” Daiki just pouted.

“Hahaha. Okay okay. Let me fix the sentence. Arioka Daiki, You should tell them about it. Sounds better?” said Takaki half laughing. Daiki pouted even more as he hit Takaki’s head hard.

--------

Takaki couldn’t help it but giggled when he passed Daiki on his way to ‘his’ seat. Daiki was sitting in between Hikaru and Inoo, with both hands on his knees and cheeks blushing. Poor boy, he thought. Takaki already found it troublesome to like one guy, let alone two. He didn’t know how Daiki could handle the doki-doki moment. His heart probably beat thrice harder, he thought again.

“Yay! I’m sitting with you, Takaki-kun,” cheered Yamada the moment Takaki sat next to him.

“Good for us, ne?” Takaki just replied as if he wasn’t expecting them to sit next to each other.

Once the plane took off smoothly, Takaki decided that it would a really long ten hours that he quickly put his iPod on. He closed his eyes, enjoying the music while trying to sleep. His mind was full of so many possible actions he should take to tell Yamada how he had been feeling about the younger boy.

Should he just tell him straight away? Hikaru once told him that being straight forward worked for him and Inoo well. But then again, Takaki wasn’t pretty sure if Yamada would take straight forwardness as good as Inoo did. Yamada had always been a boy who believed in himself and knew what he wanted. It certainly made Takaki felt that he needed to do more than being straight forward to tell him his feeling.

From what he had been observing from their leader, being romantic was totally needed. He always made sure that he took down any single detail; starting from the choice of words Yabu used when he was talking to Shoon, the way Yabu tried to make his gesture as gentle as possible around Shoon, or the great timing Yabu always found to give Shoon a little surprise present. But then again, talking to Yamada was already making him sweating in panic, let alone being all romantic.

Takaki opened his eyes spontaneously when Yamada suddenly grabbed his hand and held it tight. The younger boy looked pretty much pale and worried. Takaki wasn’t really sure why Yamada was holding his hand but soon found out the moment the plane started to shake. The plane shook a little harder when it flew through a bunch of clouds, making Yamada held Takaki’s hand even tighter.

“Are you okay, Yama-chan?” asked Takaki.

“I’m a b-bit scared wh-when the plane ain’t f-flying smoothly,” he replied with head down.

Takaki smiled. He decided to hold Yamada’s hand back as he brushed the shorter boy’s hand gently with his thumb. Yamada moved closer, with the other hand then placed on top of Takaki’s hand. “It’s okay. You can hold my hand as long as you want,” said Takaki gently.

“Thank you so much, Takaki-kun! You are the best!” Yamada cheered happily.

He could feel his heart beat so fast. He was even pretty sure that although he didn’t like two guys in the same time like Daiki, his heart could break the world’s record of the fastest heart beating rate.

Much later on, still with heart beating so fast, the two of them were still holding hand. Takaki didn’t even dare to take a peek on Yamada. In the mean time, Takaki tried to check on how his little buddy, Daiki, was doing with his two crushes. Unfortunately, all he could see was Hikaru’s left arm from where he was sitting.

“Takaki-kun,” called Yamada.

“Yeah?”

“Can I sleep like this?” asked Yamada as he rested his head on Takaki’s shoulder,

“Of course you can,” he smiled.

Somehow, Takaki felt a little relieved. It seemed that things got better themselves. He didn’t really do anything, but went with the flow. He thanked God for giving him the opportunity to switch place with Daiki.

“Ne, Yama-chan,”

“Hm?”

“Can you look up for awhile?” asked Takaki.

As Yamada looked up, Takaki pressed their lips together gently. His fingers started to trail their ways on Yamada’s neck. Surprisingly for Takaki, Yamada didn’t push him away, nor did he kiss him back. He got confused for a second. Should he pull away or should he just keep going?

“Sorry,” said Takaki as he decided to pull away at the end.

Yamada groaned in protest. He hit Takaki’s arm a couple of times. He kept hitting and hitting until Takaki didn’t even sure what to say or what to do. The HS7 member stopped hitting at the end and turned away, sulking. “Takaki-kun is such an idiot!” he groaned while crossing his arms.

“I said I’m sorr-..”

“Why did you stop?”

“Eh?”

“Why did you stop?! It was so short! That was my first kiss and it was so short! Takaki-kun is horrible!” groaned Yamada again.

“Haa!?”

“I’m not talking to you!” sulked Yamada.

“Eh? Don’t! Don’t sulk around. I’ll make it up to you!”

Yamada turned his head back to Takaki, with a smile on his face this time. He leaned forward as he drew themselves closer to each other. He bit his lower lip with cheeks blushing. “We need to redo my first kiss,” said Yamada as he closed his eyes, waiting for Takaki to make the first move.

Without feeling hesitated, Takaki kissed Yamada slowly and gently. And of course this time, he took his time. He had about ten hours to go anyway.

--------

“I won’t take too long. Just wait for me with the rest,” said Takaki as he shuffled Yamada’s hair. Yamada nodded with a smile and gave Takaki a quick peck.

Takaki quickly ran off to the airport’s bathroom when they arrived. He had been holding it back for the past two hours. He needed to pee so badly but the flight wasn’t really smooth that Yamada kept holding his hand for the past two hours. Of course, he didn’t want to let any opportunity slip away. Trying to hold his pee wouldn’t hurt so badly if he got to hold hands with Yamada.

As he zipped down his jeans, Takaki suddenly heard something from one of the cubicles inside the toilet. He paused for awhile and turned his head towards the cubicle’s direction. He blinked twice, tying to make his vision clearer. He kept staring at the cubicle’s door as it seemed that it was shaking, a little harder by seconds. What the hell is happening inside that cubicle?!?!

The door suddenly swung open from the inside. Hikaru walked out of cubicle while buckling his own belt. Their eyes met, and Takaki didn’t really sure what to say. The other HSB member just smirked, “Hi, Takaki! How’s the flight?”

“It wasn’t so bad,” he replied.

“Good then. See you outside,” Hikaru waved his hand at Takaki and left.

Takaki was still wondering what Hikaru did inside that the cubicle’s door was shaking, but he decided that he couldn’t hold it anymore. He needed to pee. Unfortunately, he almost threw his body to the urinal the moment the exact same cubicle’s door was opened from the inside.

“Got to pee, Takaki?” Inoo walked out from the cubicle. His hair was in such a mess and his belt was unbuckled.

“Y-yeah,” he replied as he observed Inoo who was now fixing his outfit in front of the mirror.

Takaki walked to the sink right beside Inoo once he finished, washing his hand. He took a glance at Inoo as he felt curious. Inoo was busy fixing his hair after he buckled his belt. Don’t tell me they did what I think they did on the cubicle! thought Takaki, a little bit in shock.

Unfortunately for him, the shock didn’t stop there. Daiki suddenly walked out from the same exact cubicle, much messier than Inoo. His cheeks were so red and he was breathing heavily. He limped his way to the sink next to Takaki; and he washed his face with the cold water from the sink.

“See you guys outside,” said Inoo as he left his two bandmates.

Takaki quickly turned to Daiki. With cheeks still so red, Daiki was trying to fix his messy shirt and hair. Daiki looked as if he could collapse anytime soon. Even so, there was this huge smile on his face.

“Dai-chan..”

“Hm?”

“Is it just me or the three of you just walked out from the same exact cubicle?” asked Takaki.

“Yeah, we did. Why?”

“Don’t tell me that you guys were, you know, doing it in there,” said Takaki quite reluctantly.

Daiki didn’t say anything. He just giggled as he blushed. He even covered his mouth with one hand, suddenly felt embarrassed. His red cheeks turned even redder. Takaki’s upper lip just twitched looking at his friend’s weird behaviour. “Maa~, I’ll leave it to your own imagination,” said Daiki as he left.
