I have been attending Moksha Hot yoga 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks and I am loving it. It leaves me feeling so much more centered. Come Jan. I am back to working out with my personal trainer twice a week, and I am going to up the yoga to every day minus the 2 days I see my PT. So I bought my sister an Eddie Bauer Soothing Comfort Playard that has an attached change table, bassinet and cut mobile with puppy dogs on it last night. So I know 16 women who have either had their baby in the last 3 weeks or are due between now and March. To me that seems like a crazy amount of pregnant people... but none the less i have decided its baby season. I absolutely hate how over sensitive I am to medications. I am in the attempts of going off a psychotropic medication, that most people on the dosage I was on stop cold turkey. We took me down 50mg last Monday and my world is already starting to turn upside down. Plus the side effects I am getting are totally opposite of what types of side effects ( Read more... )
