Catching up w/o much concrete details

What can I say, my life is a rollercoaster.  It has very little stability but thank goodness I am intelligent enough to not get into much trouble.  That's the last thing I need.  There is always a price to pay for a good lesson.  Seems like I always learn the hard way but I'm not holding any animosity about it.  With each experience I learn
