For the first time ever since I moved to the US, I'm actually getting money back. Having a condo switched me from having to pay about $2500 to getting about $800 back. Woohoo!

I got over $500 last year...this year, not even $200.

But yeah, you get some nice breaks with home ownership. :) Which, I do not own. :(
