I think that's a fair approach, but to be honest - I've gotten a lot of flak over the years for standing up for what I believed in. And the flak gets worse when you have to stand up to somebody you care about over it... so you might be a bit lax from time to time. :-)

I'll remember that...thanks for the advice. I guess my situation is different than yours in that they wouldn't even stand up to me to tell me they didn't like something or wanted something to change.
