Yay! I am so glad that you are enjoying your year! And I agree about the New Who. I am really liking him so far. I felt that Victory of the Daleks should have come a bit further on in the season. They just seem to be hitting us with repeat characters right at the beginning. I wish they would space it out more. The original adventure they had was awesome after all! I hope we see Queen Liz again!

I know! It seemed to soon for daleks. Maybe they were just wanting to go ahead and get it over with so they didn't have to worry about it again?

Sadly that's probably not it...we'll probably see them crop up again at the end of the season.

You're too kind. Victory of the Daleks was awful. I love the other two with the white-hot intensity of a dying sun, but Victory was a mess, and every minute of that draaaaawn out climax robbed us of critical Daleks-offering-tea material. Nice design, though. Very sixties.

Glad you're liking your job!

So nice to read a post from you, especially now that I'm also in Nashville!

I will say, as far as the bike goes, I recently bought a Schwinn cruiser, myself (the "Jenny") and it's gorgeous and has few gears that are easy to shift, however - there is a downside to cruisers: They are heavy, which means a lot more work getting yourself around. (not to mention carrying the bike, if u have any stairs to contend w/).
I regret a little bit getting the cruiser for this reason. Jerome zooms past me while I'm practically pedaling to go downhill.
Again, it's gorgeous, but heavy.
You want it? =P
I want to sell it for a lighter bike.

Oooh tempting, I don't have to deal with stairs, I'm only worried about the fact that Nashville can be hilly. What size tires are on the bike? I usually stick with 24's 'cause I'm so short, but I can deal with 26's if the seat will go down far enough.

I honestly don't know. haha.
I really wanted something where I wasn't hunched over, but girl I'm telling you - the hills are a pain in the butt (literally?) with heavier bikes.

I'm also very happy to hear you're doing so well, I will definitely visit you at Bongo (or Grins) and I've heard that Halcyon is the bicycle shop people recommend.

Thanks for the lovely complements! Grins last full week of operation is May 1-7, then the following week they're only open for lunch, then they close for the summer. But they have awesome daily entrees and paninis. Also...everything there is vegan until you put cheese on it.
