Entry 11
Since I can't go outside without being targeted by the Nobodies, I've decided to take this opportunity to put together what I've learned since coming. I also took a couple of useful pieces of information I saw written on other journal entries.
Things I know
- The city's name is Paixao.
- There is no real plant or animal life anywhere inside the domes.
- Somehow, people from other worlds and time periods can end up here, including the dead. I wonder...
- Attempting to find any actual records or information of this city turned up nothing.
- The locals, while nice enough, are obviously hiding something, and they're doing an annoyingly good job at it.
- None of them seem old, and they all look the same; they also don't want anybody leaving the domes once they enter.
- The journals stop working completely if they're taken outside the city.
- Paixao is actually located on an island, with the domes being surrounded by nothing but dense forests.
- There was a large field at one end of the island. Small, glowing orbs kept falling from the sky.
- There was a church on that field.
- So far, the only native animals I've seen are these... pale creatures with glowing, yellow eyes.
- They attacked me.
- I haven't been able to use my powers since waking up from the attack.
- Meanwhile, the beings currently attacking the city are called "Nobodies".
What I don't know
- Why I, or anybody else brought here.
- Where the civilians get all of their food and resources from.
- Why the townspeople always seem to get angry or upset whenever I ask them for information about Paixao.
- Who made the journals we're given when we arrive here.
- What's inside the church Kanda saw.
- If there are any other islands or continents out there.
- Why those animals suddenly attacked me.
- Why my powers don't work.
- Why the city is under attack.
- Beast Boy and Kanda's locations.
Theory
I've seen the word "Organization" mentioned here and there, so maybe they're the ones responsible for all of this. Using fear to keep the civilians from saying anything that might us clues about what's going on, and unleashing those "Nobodies" against us...
Maybe going back outside will finally give me the answers I'm looking for.
