Alternative to Prescription medication
My concern with taking flushing Niacin is that I'm already in menopause with my own hot flashes and don't need anymore. Is there a form of Niacin that doesn't give the flushing part? I want an alternative to prescription meds so I can stop the side affects it gives me. -
A Soggy Start
Spent two hours this morning with the shop vac sucking about 2 inches of water out of my basement. Its the most water we've had in there in the 2 years we've lived there. Love this time of the Year
