Who gets into a fight at a Lady Gaga concert?!?

A girl lost at least one tooth, some guy got his face busted up, and the police had to come. It distracted me from hearing one of her new songs, because I was wondering if I'd have to bolt/get security/help someone.

I'm pretty sure you could have a concert consist entirely of lullabies and someone would find a way to get into a fight some someone.
