Is the piece on speed reading yours? That's an excellent metaphor. I'd be interested to see it fleshed out a bit more, though there's a simple beauty to those four lines.

Was the last section, about words, supposed to be a poem? It sounds very poetic. If so, it's my favorite of the bunch. I love the sentiment behind it.
