I don't know all the details. Standard weapons don't cut it during wartime, but anything higher suggests hostility. What matters is that they were making a gesture for peace. Suna made its stance on that clear. If you don't trust anyone in my time, what changes? I can see the political advantage for you guys, but everyone's talking as if it's something more.
