Travis McCoy often stresses too much; he takes everything to heart but despite this has made it as a ruthless entrepreneur. He gets what he wants and isn't afraid to hurt people to get it. The only things that come above himself are his closest friends and his family.
Past has briefly dated Pete. Close friends with Gabe, William and Jon. Currently interested in Victoria but develops further feelings for William during the plot.
Alex Suarez is a minor enough character that I don't have anything to fill in really.
Pete Wentz is loud and short. He often plays up the first to make up for the height and is hard to employ because of this. He was what brought Travis to Andiamo in the first place. Always has and always will have a special place in his heart for Travis.
Past dated Travis briefly. Has had sex with Gabe no strings attached (William wasn't around. Is currently dating Ashlee but is hopelessly devoted to Travis.
William Beckett laughs a lot. He appears to be constantly care free and happy but hides a lot under the surface. He has a great need for close connections with people, which is partly why the problem with him Travis and Gabe develops, but his heart is in the right place and he is secretly a hopeless romantic, waiting for someone to come 'whisk him off his feet'.
Past had a casual thing with Gabe until it got too confusing/complicated, still harbours feelings there but values the friendship more. He is attracted to Travis but isn't sure how deep these feelings are. Has a string of nameless/faceless boyfriends both prior to and throughout the plot.
Gabe Saporta has gotten the 'fuck the world' attitude down to a tee. After years of practice he has learnt to never take anything too seriously, but everyone knows that there is more to a person than what is on the surface. Gabe always jokes, but deep down he second guesses himself a lot, is often unsure and wings it far too often.
Past had a casual relationship with William but broke it off soon after claiming that they were basically friends anyway. Feelings are still there but he rarely acts upon them unless 'threatened' (ie. when Travis starts to move in). Has had sex with Pete in the past and has a string of nameless/faceless fucks throughout the plot.
Nate Novarro is a minor enough character that I don't have anything to fill in really. Nate is the necessary all-seeing-all-knowing. Major crush on William.
Frank Iero is far too similar to Pete for his -- or anyone elses -- liking, though his temper is a lot more volatile and he takes things a lot more personally. If you offend him, hurt him, or in any way get on his bad side, you can be damn sure that he will get you back. Despite this naturally volatile nature, he is also incredibly passionate and friendly. Once you know him well enough, his loyalty knows no boundaries, but break his trust and you're gone, no second chances.
Past doesn't date much. Few nameless/faceless's here and there, but mostly focuses attention on Gerard.

Ryland Blackinton for teh lulz. Kind of faily but it's why people love him. Guy Ripley-like persona will make appearences.
Past Had an ex-girlfriend who fucked him over big time, doesn't talk about her, but doesn't make him any less willing to THROW himself at Vicky and takes rejection well.
Victoria Asher Bit of a bitch, honestly. She has to be, working around these guys so long, and they have all developed a mutual respect for her (that girl just looks threatening when she wants to) but has a softer, sweeter side that only a few see.
Past has a sweet spot for Ryland but keeps knocking him back regardless. Other than that, relationships don't come up much for her.
Lindsey Ballato (Lyn-Z) bit of a geek, bit of a nerd, packs a damn hard right hook and can bend like you would not believe (a great after-hours trick). Old friends with Gerard (how she meets Alicia) and is incredibly trusting.
Past Has a four year old boy (James) from a past relationship which she brings to work, raises on her own and has no contact with the father. Was only baptized because Gabe insisted and he is the godfather.
Gerard Way absolutely epitomises the tortured artist cliche (though he'd hate to know that he did) and has been a food critic for seven years now. He thinks of himself as guarded and educated, but is quite easily persuaded and coaxed into situations.

Andiamo was the infamous restaurant of a wealthy italian family, spanning through seven generations and almost seventy years, until the profit margin caught Travis' eye and what Travis wants, Travis gets. Business dealings didn't take long and in 2006 the McCoy clan was the new owner of the prestigious restaurant. Three years later he has expanded to fifteen different locations across Chicago and New York, but dedicates his most time to the first one he claimed.
Frank Iero has worked at the restaurant the longest. As the Iero's and the Giorgio's (the original restaurant owners family name) were close family friends, Frank was hired to work as a kitchen boy aged sixteen. Devoted for ten years now, he has been promoted to Kitchen Manager and has held the position for two years now. Alex Suarez has worked for Andiamo for seven years and has been Head Chef for three of those (the old one quit when the restaurant passed along to Travis). Lindsey Ballato has worked as a Waitress there for six and a half years, but has been waitressing since she was out of high school. Ryland Blackinton, the Kitchen Hand, and Victoria Asher, the Waitress, were hired within a week of each other and have five years under their belts. Pete Wentz has been a chef there for four years and was promoted to Executive Chef after Travis took over, along with Jon Walker, who originally took the job of Kitchen Hand to help him pay his way through University. When University fell through, the job stuck. Gabe Saporta and William Beckett both came to the job as Chefs after Travis took over and have been working there for three years and two and a half respectively.

well we have the usual fbr crew (plus frank&lindsey) working in a restaurant and big food critic man (gerard) is coming so everyones panicking.
This is a really big thing because if they get this its the third michelin star
and like two days before *head chef*(suarez) comes down epic sick/mother dies/SOMETHING
meaning that the fail understudy (pete) has to take up
epic stress all around, travis and william fuck, gabe gets jealous but no one notices nate and pete do but not vocally
smoking scene nate&gabe
alicia and lindsey meet, alicia starts to change for her
frank and gerard have a sexy incident in the kitchen and start dating
ryland gets nowhere

Year two

William and Gabe address their problems -- Gabe for not being upfront/serious, William for not being confident/sure enough in his self and relying on people to do that for him. happy ending after a lot of trouble/arguments.
Travis becomes less srs bzns and more light hearted. Pete gets over his crush and announces his and Ashlee's baby.
Alicia and Lindsey important part to fic -- alicia tries to change for linsdey and pushes her away as a result, admits this one night when Gerard forcespersuades her to. Big moral - don't change for the one you love <3 -- happy ending
Frank and Gerard burn out. Too intense, too fast, can't sustain that kind of love. Break up badly (Frank finds out about some ~secret that Gerard has kept, something big enough to drive a wedge/break trust), awkward ex-s, see eachother somewhere, do not reconcile. sad ending.
Victoria and Ryland not much progression here, beyond that Victoria finally snaps and says "FINE, WE CAN DATE NOW GET OFF MY JOCK".
jon and Spencer stay happy forever. As they always have, and always will. The constants of the fic.
