starting out

Well on Thursday i realized that i m really unhealthy. I am not as active as i should be and i dont really like that all to much. With that in mind i decided that i should come up with a work out schedule that i would actually want to do and have fun with it, so today i have done it. you have to mix up the amount of push ups or sit ups you do because if your body gets into the schedule of doing a certain number it wont get stronger and will actually in time start to weaken...so you have to like throw numbers around or like set a goal then once you get to that goal try and just do as many as possible after that goal and then everyday just boost the goal up more
