There are also two theaters to choose from. What's wrong with them? They haven't been cleaned out and occupied before, so you decided to be lazy and try to overthrow the clinic.

The clinic needs to be in a central location, large and easily reached by the majority of the population. And unlike the two theaters, there are no other proper medical facilities that we can use. The hospital and surrounding offices are filled with monsters, even thicker and more dangerous than the rest of the city.
