Back when LJ stops screwing up

I can't lock posts at all (nor can I use the visual editor or select user pictures or mood, but not being able to lock a post is a deal-breaker). So I'm not going away-away, but I will not be posting until that's fixed. I'll read others' journals so I'm not entirely out of the loop

Rumor has it that if you disable javascript on the LJ site, things will work again.

My filters/locks seem to be working; at least the icons are still there saying they are locked. I'm still getting the notification that my email has to be validated (emailed LJ about that, no reply yet), and am not getting notifications.

I really hope they fix this soon. So freaking annoying.

Oh, also, people who seem to have the default on their journal set to friends-only have been saying they aren't having problems posting locked entries. YMMV.

Yeah, I was fine until last night/this morning and that's my default. Go fig. But I am trying your workaround, thank you!
