Well, I figured out my definite start date at my new job, the 28th, and I also found the apartment I'm most likely gonna live at, Knollwood Apartments in Phoenixville ($695/month for a 1 bedroom place, includes heat/hot water, not bad for the area I'm in, plus it's being repained and everything which is good to know).
