I don't trust the police. I live in the relatively 'safe' place, and even that is changing, as our governments put in more and more laws that give the police more powers and take them from the citizens. And the citizens just watch and let it happen...

Same here, different government actions maybe, but the same general direction of forbidding everything, and judging everyone by the example of the worst members of society. :|

This is some really scary stuff. I hate when police are too powerful and care more about power and force than they do about helping people. It makes me so uneasy. Thank you for sharing.

This is such an excellent take on the prompt. I always appreciate your pieces, because they shed a light on how life is outside of the United States (our media is not worldly, alas). Our police have some issues with corruption as well, which has become cause for concern.

I wish we had ballot option where we could vote against everyone. I imagine voter turnout would be higher if we could be allowed a "No Confidence" vote.
