Here ya go. The list was released during the Soul Society Arc, just when all the captains were introduced. So it's like that Tousen and Ichimaru were pretending to be weaker then they actually were, but beyond that the list holds true to their rankings.

I'm sorry for offending you. If it makes you feel any better, I read your fic. You write well, but you're extraordinarily long-winded. The biggest issue I had was with the amount of grammatical and spelling errors, but it's generally impossible to avoid those, and they can be easily remedied

I have to say that I'm also sorry for raising a fuss about it. After all is set and done, I feel ridiculously juvenile about the whole thing. Please accept my deepest apologies.

Never the less, thank you for your comments. In particular your note on my lack of description. Before this story I was warned off from being overly descriptive, so I'm glad you let me know that I was starting to fall into the opposite extreme.
