I haven't participated in the meme because I think that's an extremely bogus statistic; it's not because I've tried pot, because I haven't.

Plus what sort of pothead wrote, "98% of the teenage population does/has tried pot."? To put in two alternating words with a slash the sentence is suppose to be grammatically correct with either. I guess does having tried pot must does/have eliminated the part of high school where they dun be teachin' the english. :)

It's bogus. If I did a survey in Berkeley, CA I could make statements about how 98% of the teenage population of America are foaming Marxists with bad crack habits.
