 I got my tragus pierced today. OW. OW. OW. OW. So worth it though. Preeeetty.

Also, I've hit a bit of a writing slump: consolatory hugs, anyone? :(

ALSO. ALSO. Secretary is on Film4 tonight! Maybe it'll give me the kickstart I need.

Yes, I did receive your email! Secretary is such an amazing movie - I hope I'll do it justice!

And I think I've hurdled over that wall I was up against. I realised during work today (when I was daydreaming over what direction I'm taking the story in) that I'm focusing more on the fact that I have a deadline and not over the fact that this fic is supposed a representation of how far my imagination can go. I boosted my self-confidence a bit!

Mine didn't pop! Or if it did, I didn't notice it. My piercer is this bubbly, chatty guy and he keeps up a steady flow of conversation so that I don't even have time to be nervous. The actual piercing didn't hurt (I'm a bit of a wimp) but when he forced the barbell though, it bloody stung! :L I'm really happy with it, though. I keep reaching up to fiddle with it, it's a nice distraction!

Tonight I'm writing Merlin/Arthur meeting + Merlin's first day + maybe a future sex scene. I'll compile an email for you tomorrow! ♥

:D I'm so glad to hear that! And you're totally going to do it justice, I heart what you have so much already, and I'm pretty sure it can only get better. Cannot wait to get your email with more ::grins::

Mine didn't pop either, but that's what they warned me about before they did it- I was more afraid at the thought of that than getting it done to begin with, haha. It's an awesome piercing- have you got any others?

(btw, I may drop out of reel_merlin, I still have nothing written for it and seem to be having a hard time even starting it :S)

The tragus was the first one I have had done since my original ear piercing when I was seven! They say that when you get one, you become addicted. And I think thats true - I've planned out another 3 ear piercings already!

I've went back and added some filler scenes, adjusted a few scenes, and I've written Merlin and Arthur's first meeting. I've outlined Merlin's first day at work, but haven't actually gotten around to writing it yet. I'll think I'll send you what I've got so far! :D

Bb, feel free to drop out if you want - there's no sense in doing it if you're not gonna enjoy it. Sure, I'm pulling my hair out now over this thing, but I'm gonna be proud once it's done! ;)
