The truth is, we couldn't understand each other, so I left and didn't look back.

The... infant, is disturbing my training. Though at least I was able to get one quiet night. I assume I should thank my zhuofu for that.

Indian summer > autumn

Depending on what you train in, if you put it in a corner in it's stroller and give it a sound soother via headphones, it might be decent. That worked for Thing Two.

Indian summer? I don't think I've ever heard that term before.

I have no idea how or even why any kind of sound should affect that thing. It's just a computer, it shouldn't react to sounds. That's completely illogical.

Ok but if it didn't react to sounds, why would talking to them work? Try it. Especially if you need to keep up with your training.

Google it, it exists.

It's a doll, I have no intention of speaking to it. Or cuddling it, or making it listen to music.

I never doubted that it did, I just haven't heard of it before.

Yes, considering the kid was in my room all night. -_-

The rain isn't so bad. Unless you get caught out in that shit.

I was able to ditch my Little Fucker off with his mom.

...I train outdoors, rain or not. Though the rain gets bothersome. And it seemed the infant didn't like it either. Must be the only thing we have in common.

Good thing you can handle it then.

You could've just set up an umbrella or something cover the little bastard. No sense skipping training because of some little shitty doll.

I’m thinking about destroying that shit once the assignment is over.

I might have to do that tomorrow if the rain keeps pouring down. I really don't like the autumn.

That... is a very tempting idea. Any clues about how to go about it yet?

I see you're enjoying this assignment as much as I am - whoever thought that making these things was a good idea was obviously out of their mind. While I can understand the purpose behind its creation and the assignment itself, sort of, but chances are, the entire population of the school are not going to go out and reproduce like rabbits if they aren't landed with a bunch of ... screeching mechanical hellbeasts.

If this weren't for a grade ... ...

No, but I'm sure these... things have made people think even harder about reproduction. Something that would seem is needed among a large part of the population here. The act of reproduction is simply that, a simple human drive to reproduce - something that I for one am glad I'm lacking. Once this assignment is over I will never be seen dragging around an infant.

Then both this thing and my 'partner' would find themself being thrown off the roof.

...I unfortunately have the thing on Saturday, though I'm not intending on letting it ruin my chance of the Noh Theatre. Will you still accompany me?

True enough. Perhaps I'm just miffed because I don't happen to be in a hurry to have children like some other students might, but meh. I will never look at dolls of any sort the right way ever again.

Yes, basically. The ogres would go out the window, anyway.

Sure - I'll probably have one of the ogres, too, though ... gah. Oh well.

I never liked dolls to start with, but I can admit that this has changed my outlook on them. They're... not the least bit pleasant.

Mmmm, yes. Unfortunately I'm roomed on the first floor. Throwing it out the window wouldn't give too much.

Two dolls then... I'm sure it will be, interesting.
