Arashi calendar, and my efforts in converting my family into Arashi fans...

Last week, I finally got my Arashi 2009 - 2010 calendar.  Yey!  It took a long time before I decided to finally put it up in my room.  I don't think I can bear to actually use it since my brain might turn to mush at the sexy individual shots of all of them.  So right now, it's more like a poster of them in their suits and hats (front page only of

Stripper Sho! Grabe, so sexy! Nagpapasalamat ako na medyo conservative pa si Jun sa calendar na ito... Naka-hang ang calendar pero hanggang front page lang yun sa akin. Hehe, pervy talaga ang dating natin otherwise...

Actually, yun lang ang naka-hang ngayon sa kwarto ko... ayokong mapagkamalan na may shrine to Arashi, hahaha...

xD my family is the same (saying they look like girls)
but they have watched the concert DVDs with my sister and i (including my brother and dad... who said they had nothing better to do xP)
in the end my family thinks they're all very talented ^^ and i even got my dad to watch a few of the more interesting A no Arashi videos XD

One of my brothers used to just say they were gay, then I made him watch some of their DnA eps and he got interested especially when they were being total dorks over experiments with Meguro-san... I think he liked their personalities and he'd probably be totally into A no Arashi as well... my sis-in-law is still in shock over the concept of "fan service"

I made my mum watching TFP2 when Arashi was on when we were in Tokyo last year and she was like "this one is the most good looking(pointing at Jun), this one is handsome (pointing at Aiba-chan), this one has nice hair (pointing at Nino), this one is cute (pointing at Oh-chan)" and she just left without any comment on her daughter's favourite. I can't believe that!!!!!!!!!!!!! *lol*

Nyahahaha! I can totally imagine that scene... Your mom certainly knows how to tease you... maybe you should make her watch a segment of Sho in News Zero and then show her Arashi in concert... so far, that's what gets the most reaction out of my family over Sho... they get shocked at his intelligence and total idol image... XD Then make sure they never see Stripper Sho from the Arashi calendar, lol.... XD

This is hilarious. I can't bring myself to hang up the wall calendar. My family would think I'm a perv. lol. Which is why I don't want them seeing my mags either. A good of portion of the ones I buy are ones with half-naked idols. XDD

Family is so amusing when it comes to what we fangirl over. My brother saw Hey Say Jump in one of my mags and said they all look like girls. I've yet to reel in my mom with Arashi. The Korean Hanadan is on cable and she likes it. Do not want. lol

Yes, she likes the Korean Hanadan. Wala kaming ibang mapanood noon so we watched it on cable. She likes the MakinoxRui pairing..lol. Nasa Singapore siya nun when I got into J-Hanadan. She'll watch it eventually. But let me tell you who I did get into J-Hanadan..my brother. He thinks its better than Meteor Garden. XDD

And of course, I love Jun. I have to admit the Korean cast is very good looking but I can't help but feel there's something missing.Ewan ko ba. Maybe I'm just biased. ohohoho

Wow, your brother got into J-Hanadan? Galing! Sis-in-law ko used to watch Meteor Garden tapos ganun din ang sinabi when I had her watch a few episodes of Hanadan and after that, diniretso na niya... Pero feeling ko she'll also probably enjoy K-Hanadan, hehehe. She likes Korean dramas...

Hmmm... I wonder if your mom will like K-Hanadan more than the Jap one... Haha, we're both biased. Pero I'm not really into K-dramas. My sis-in-law is trying to get me to watch My Girl in streaming sa mysoju... lol

Hehe, I was fast-forwarding during some fan service moments just in case it got too much for them...

I think my mom doesn't really pay enough attention to Arashi to remember their faces... But she's starting to remember Jun's... it has to be the guy with the strongest face... lol...

And I've seen it, he has the best smile ever!!! It just infects you with happiness, I can't believe that a guy's smile could actually make you drool but well, he proved that wrong... JUN!!!!!
