Maybe it's just a benign cyst, Heath-sama. I had one on my cheekbone recently and it went away on it's own. *nod nod* Think positive! *hugs*

From what I've seen online, I think its just a spermatocele, and it should eventually go away on its own. Dodged a bullet there!
