I think I would get the giggles, it would be like reverting back to those childhood staring contests. First one to blink is out. I'd feel very weird if someone stared at me on the street. I did wink at a man once. I was in a very good mood that day and he was cute.

Ew, I dislike eye-contacting strangers as it is, I can't imagine finding that a good idea. But people are mentals.

Also girls can kick the shit out of people. If they like. I'm not too keen on anyone kicking anybody but I have the choice.

Interesting stuff. It's funny, but some of the acting technique classes require lots of eye gazing- Meisner Technique in particular. I think there are crazy expectations that go along with eye gazing..like there needs to be some deep connection made through the eyes. It's a hell of a lot easier when you drop the expectation.

But yeah, anybody who is trying to stare deeply into my eyes on the tube is in for a big ole' can o'whoopass :)

This strikes me as ridiculous. The one thing you need before being able to look someone in the eye is trust. Curiously, this is what's most likely to be lacking when you meet a stranger ;)
