I hope things turn out okay today. Alongside the presidential race, there is also a proposition on the CA ballot to take away rights from gay people. I'm hoping the millions of dollars of the Mormon/LDS church's money invested into their hateful campaign against gays will prove to be a waste when all is said and done. I understand the presidential election is perhaps still in play in Nevada. Here in California, though that's a foregone conclusion, Proposition 8 is a very tight race.

I have faith in the good people of California to do the right thing, but I'm a little anxious as well.

As I voted this morning, it felt like the most important election of my entire life.

And What the fuck the Mormons believe in one man having a thousand wives, and yet they go so far to make sure that Gay people don't have the right to be just as miserable as everyone else!
