I don't see how John Kerry could have possibly been worse than giving him another four years in office.

As a side note, the Alien and Sedition Acts were used sparingly and the newspaper editors that the anchor refers to were extremely slanderous and highly offensive (as in, Howard Stern levels of offensive). Granted, they were overkill, but the situation wasn't as bleak as the anchors makes it out to be.
