I haven't seen it, but if I can't find it, I'll just try another brand and see how it holds up. If it doesn't thicken sufficiently, the next step I imagine would be to try adding cornstarch or cooked blended millet, assuming I decide that I like the taste of the recipe enough to want to tinker with it to get the right texture. :)

as far as i know, the thing abut mori-nu pudding mix is that it's specifically designed to make pudding out of the silken tofu without needing to heat it up. regular pudding mixes don't thicken soy the way they thicken dairy so you may need to bake it.
