Chesterstead w 4: McNulty

Life here has it's own routines; work, work out, study.
I still date Anya; wonderful Anya.
I know that the fact that I can't yet leave the base to live somewhere else is difficult for her. She is an independent woman, but just like me she is dreaming of the day when we can live together.
And I dream of one day beating her at red hands!
I had a day of and managed to fall asleep in the sun! Anya laughed at me when I told her.
We had a fire one night; the thunderstorms had been crazy and the lightning of course hit the biggest trees! We had to work all evening to get them under control.
I asked Anya out on a date, little did she know what I had planned.
I proposed! We were both aware that we could not yet live together, but I wanted to let her know I was serious. That even if we were apart now, one day we would be together.
We were both very happy with the evening.
It was so funny; Anya had managed to be let in to the base to leave me a gift. But I heard her and as she was about to leave her gift I opened the door. She said I would have to close it again and look surprised when I found it as she'd left, haha.
I just really didn't know what to do with the thing. Anya thought she'd been hilarious when she'd picked her gift. I guess I'll have to dump it in our future house's garden.
And that future was approaching fast. After I'd promoted to Flight Officer we realised that soon, at least within a year or two, we'd be able to live together! We decided to celebrate by getting married down by the sea.
We had set everything financially and Anya left to find a house for us. I will try to visit as often as I can.
But I was very sad that I couldn't come with her, not yet.
Hopefully it will be possible very soon.
Notes
- I hadn't really planned for them to get married so soon, but both rolled the want to get engaged during the date and then to get married. So I went with it!
- Anya now owns more or less ALL their money and has moved into a very nice house in the outskirts of Chesterstead. Hopefully Jen will have her promotion very soon and can move in with Anya. I will play Anya during next week until Jen moves in, so they are on the same "day".
- Anya wants to become World Class Ballet Dancer; that means a Dance-studio will soon open in Chesterstead!
- I always make my marriage pictures bigger than the rest so I can later make them into pictures in the game and hang on the sims' walls!
