Mandy went to, what we now term, Mandyville. So whenever a character disappears, and they will... that's where they've gone. Although I found out some years later... Mandy moved to One Tree Hill, where she suddenly has a family and is really nice. (P.S. Did you know that she did the voice of Nala in The Lion King. True story.)
