Chesterstead w 3: The Svedala's

Here we are, outside our new home. The previous one got too crowded, and now we are finally able to give Klas a room of his own. As a mother I really did feel like a bad one when he had to sleep in the upstairs hall.
It has a ground floor and a cellar floor. We put the twins in the room next to ours and Klas got a room down stairs. The twins will move there once they're bigger too.
We try to find time together, even if it's in the small things like just eating breakfast together.
I'm happy for Klas, he seems to have found many new friends from school and from the neighbourhood.
Since he made Abigail manager, Hecktor has a lot more time to stay at home with me or go by my store and take care of it. Sometimes though, I am the one to get back to work and he gets to stay home.
Suddenly, time had moved quickly again and it was time for the twins to grow up!

Having them all in school now? It feels really strange. I'd gotten used to always care for my little ones and suddenly they're all growing up!
But it did give me a chance to get back to work.
Having three kids at home and the friends they bring from school, can be pretty chaotic! But we manage and all the kids have straight A's! We're so proud of them!
And then, it was time for Klas to become a teenager!

I brought Klas with me to the store. I think it's important that he learns how to run a business and get some working experience even now. He does dream of working in the athletic field but we've told him that won't be possible here in Chesterstead yet. He is now determined to open up a sports bar instead, haha.
We also saw him chatting with some girl from school the other day. It's so much fun to see him grow up, even if both me and his father thinks he is a bit too you to start dating already. (Rhianna by simsarenotfood)
Apparently Abigail had wanted to fire Dieter for quite some time. After consideration Hecktor said yes. It is expensive with two employees and Abigail is doing a good job on her own.
Sven has been making friends with a stray dog recently. I got annoyed when he started playing with him indoors. I'm also trying to tell him that no, we can't adopt him. We simply don't have the money for it!
I have decided to try my hands at writing. It's great fun and I hope to get it published one day.
Notes
- It takes a long time to play sims with businesses since that is actually two days of playing :/ I usually play their stores every other day, meaning that if Inga goes to her store on Monday, Hecktor goes to his Tuesday and so on and then they only call in to their stores the days I keep them home. And the "sethour"-cheat is amazing help, haha.
- I feel bad for Klas. Since I've decided to cheat and create my military base already, once I have 4 families no new place will be built (even if I built that as apartments, I will count it as one community lot to use). This means he won't get his arena until we have 8 families :/
_ Also, this is yet another awesome NPC. Her name is Xena too, just like the blue one in the Dawes update!
