I know what my problem is. Food. My best friend and my worst enemy. See, when I'm hungry, I eat. When I'm bored, I eat. I also eat when I'm stressed out or sad. This means, I eat a lot. I try to stick to healthy food, and I do pretty good at times. But it's imposible to stay away from chocolate, as most of you girls know. Really, it's so addictive

I totally know what you mean! I gobble food down sometimes like I'll never see it again, lol. I'm trying to eat more fruit & veggies instead of junk, but it's sooooo hard, lol.
That Guerilla Cardio sounds really exhausting. But, if it helps you get in shape it'll be worth it in the end! Good luck with your excersing plan!

The cabbage diet and milkshake diet probably work, but I can't live on that for forever. And I bet when I quit eating it, I would gain weight like crazy, because I'm not particularly fond of cabbage, I just want a weight I can live with.
And yes, I have eaten a whole chocolate cake. By myself. :( And I got really sick afterwards... Puked. Ugh.
