you know what helps? i used to do this but im letting myself go
make a book and write down EVERYTHING u ate that day..not leaving one thing out.. also write all the cals in it, and add it all up.. a normal persons cal intake in a day for a girl is i think around 1200? and you can put pictures in the book too of all the girls you think are pretty/thin.
i did this for about a month and a half straight (during ths summer time) and excercised like everyday. it helped. ALOT. im thinking about starting it again.. also pop is very BAD, so switch to diet, and tea is awesome too.. green tea speeds up your metabolism, its really nasty if you dont put some sort of sweetener in it. so get splenda:) ...and i HATE excercising..pilates are awesome and you dont have to sweat like a pig and they are super easy. good luck:)
i forgot some stuff. im like addicted to icecream..but i never usually eat it because i feel so fat and sluggish after. they make icecream with splenda too. and that cuts alot of the fat. and i found. (for me) that anything with cals in it that u drink..kept weight on me, so i dont drink anything thats not diet now. and ive managed to not gain it all back. they even have diet iced tea now:) and once you start excercising its kinda fun, not lying. you just have to get into some sort of routine. lol. just put on a cd. it helps... but. i hope i helped:)
