How about a Colombian necktie? (Slit his throat and pull the tongue through so it hangs down like a tie.)

No, you shall not cut my hair. Sorry. I'm afraid of what you'd do to it.
I do like the Colombian necktie though. Right up there with the nailing down the fingers and prying the nails off (Aztec).

I need a hair cut too, though I don't know how short mine is going.
Hmm . . . how about medium grain sandpaper to the skin? I know that wouldn't kill them, but it's a good way to torture BEFORE you kill them :)

slit them open, fill their cavity with a sweet item and immoblize him near an insect haven. i think that would work.
