Ugh, it's so stinkin hot here today. Now if only everyone else was awake we could go to the movies in an hour or so. I'm looking forward to seeing Dark Knight. It will be interesting to see if Heath Ledger is actually as good as all the hype.

I think Heath Ledger is great, but the movie itself is horrifying, in that it glorifies violence. Most people who see that movie aren't going to catch the "good guys can do bad things" vibe that I think they were going for -- instead, they'll just be more desensitized to the violence, which is depressing. So yeah...probably the most violent movie I've seen. What did you think?

Yeah, it was pretty violent. That was probably what prevents me from saying it was 'amazing'. I really loved the first movie...this one was just soooo dark, and long. There were at least 3 points where I thought it was the end but it kept on going. hehe But I will say that Heath was really good...as I was watching I saw the Joker, and not Heath Ledger playing the Joker, ya know...
