today i begin the rest of my life. i begin my quest to make peace with my obsessive personality, and enjoy life. free of that looming guilt & anxiety. i ask that my friends help me from time to time, stick me to it. i'm scared that i'll give up. i'm gonna start with a book, and writing notes for my therapist. have a lovely yule, everyone.
