So that's what the registry does!
I have just found a new purpose for the registry. It tells the uninstall function where all the programs live! This is important if you've had to move program files and .exe's around. I knew to amend the shortcuts, though!
Also finished whaching the cartoon series of "Dungeons & Dragons" tonight. So very, very gay! As expected, they didn't get home. Despite one or two close calls, the bloody unicorn survived as well. On the plus side, it did have one of my favourite quotes from a TV show at the time, and I'd forgotten it until I heard it again:"There's no darkness so powerful that a single candle cannot chase it away!"
Not sure what I'm going to watch now - suspect I might go back to "Stargate: Atlantis", or try "Carnivale".
