I think it is the project he's on being in crunch, and I think too that I need at least a certain amount of consistency - like, we need to set a date every week, or have set times we see each other. Problem is, his job isn't really all that conducive to such.

And, sad to say it, I've just been a big grumpy too. (And, I also am very fond of having a clean house, and he's a little too messy sometimes - some of this is just the whole learning to live together thing.)

I agree with you on trying to show compassion and leaving the judging up to God.

The setting aside time to see each other/ hang out seems like a good idea. At least, I would feel that way in that position. Fortunately, Matt and I usually have predicable schedules so thats helpful.
