is anyone else curious that if the state gov't does shut down, and all the secretary of state offices close down, and the police officers are cut way back...does that mean that we can all start driving cars that aren't legal, speeding like mo'fos, and not needing drivers liscenses...are little kids going to be driving? because besides the actual

Well... it's only the state police that would be cut back. The local guys will still be out, because the state does not pay them.
I told Brooke that she needs to get her plates renewed tomorrow just in case, because he birthday is on the 14th.
