I’ve decided that dieting stinks. I’m not doing it anymore. I am going to eat healthy and exercise because it is good for me. Yeah, right . . . anyone with kids knows how difficult that is. Well, I guess I hadn’t realized how much time since my last post. It has been a very busy August for me. My Grammy was sick so there was a trip to make sure all was okay there.
