what happened?

Alright, so Dave, Anthony Garza, Brendan Gleason, and I think some other kids went camping and rock climbing somewhere. They were drinking, and Dave apparently left where they were sometime. When everyone else couldn't find him they called the cops, and the cops had already found him, saying that he was in a train accident, but they couldn't release any information until they had contacted his parents. That was in the evening on St. Patrick's Day, and I found out that he had died later that night. What I was told was that he got lost, and either tried hopping on a train to get back, or either was walking along the tracks to find his way back, and he was hit.

He was always the one out of brendan's friends that was so nice to us.
I can't get over how sad it is.
