I recently applied for a position as a "Research Assistant" over at the medical campus. It wasn't until after I applied that I realized what they currently needed was someone to recruit research participants... which would be a lot like cold call sales (except in person.) I say take it. Usually one has to suffer through shit they hate in order to finally get to an area they want to be in. Plus, there do seem to be plenty of pros: good money, not hard, fits into schedule, no transportation issues.

If it turns out really bad and you know you won't be able to take the two months, then you can always quit.

Maybe if you keep a good attitude going in you won't end up hating it at all - just using it as a stepping stone to reach different dreams :)
