Have a great time at your first game. I try to tell my friends that aren't into hockey that they NEED to go to a game to really get the full experience. You'll fall in love all over again.

Great news about your son! Does he seem to be open to this idea more than regular school? I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything goes well =D

Thanks, I intend to. Just watching the scrimmages made me realize just what a big difference watching hockey live must make.

Today's his first day at the program. He does seem more agreeable to it. He'll probably be going 1/2 day to regular school and 1/2 day to this program. I'm still trying to get some of his classes switched (to less challenging ones).

I'm jealous that Flyers practice is closer for you than the Caps one is for me. I want to go so much but it's a long trip for a 1-hour practice.

I probably shouldn't be going to practice. It is about 50 min's for me but I'm kind of obsessed with taking pictures even though I'm not any good.
