while reading back in the ole' lj, i see that 2005 was one of the best years of my life. that would explain why 2007 was the year of the suck. yin and yang.

2008 tried to get me down, and successfully did for a good month or so. now that i'm moving back to austin, things are looking up. this is going to be a great year for me

i'm still working my way down to a 10 minute mile. you'd have to go slow!

i have terrible asthma and i just quit smoking this year so my times aren't as good as you might think. i don't mind going slow- it lets me enjoy the scenery. we can go as slow as you need to.
